Table Pinspiration

I have a kitchen table that I can't decide what to do with. Its small and round and doesn't match the chairs I have for it. I know I am going to paint it but I can't decide on a color or if I am going to do a design on the top. I have been having a face off with this table for weeks trying to decide what to do to it. I just can't make up my mind. So here are some of my picture inspirations for the table.

Option #1, Farm Table
I love this table, I really want to just make this table and throw my other one away, but I'm not going to do that. I could paint my table like this and refinish the top though. That is a possible solution to my problem. What to you think? If you like this table and want to make one go see Loraine at Breakfast 4 Dinner She gives you step by step directions on how to make one of these lovelies.

 Option #2, Yellow Table
I know what you are thinking. This isn't a kitchen table, well imagine with me that it is. I love yellow, it is my favorite color. I am obssessed. I've been thinking about painting the table yellow and doing some white stripes across the top. But what about chalk paint? Could that even work on a kitchen table top? What do you think? I got this table off pinterest and I can't find the blog it belongs to. So if you know please leave a comment so I can give this blogger credit!

Option #3, Map Table
And again I know its not a kitchen table, but it could be. I kind of love the map on top of this table. How cool would that be to have a map on top of your kitchen table? I think this might be the route I go but I'm not sure yet. My table has  1 leave in it so I don't know how that would work. It could make this really difficult if I wanted to take the leave out. To find out how to make this table go and meet Maryann from Domestically Speaking She can give you step by step directions to make your own map table!

Option #4, Red Table
This is a coffee table but I still love it. I think it looks so incredible red. I am doing my kitchen for sure in red coke stuff. I've been collecting it for about 10 years so I have a bunch of it. I don't know if red would be to overwhelming though since everything else will have the red Coke stuff. I adore this table though, it is so gorgeous. To find out how Tara made such a delightful table go check out Once Was Junk and get her directions on painting and glazing!

What do you think I should do with my table? My kitchen theme will be Coca Cola, I have a bunch of decorations for it already. I am thinking of using yellow as an accent color to down play all the red so a yellow table wouldn't be completely crazy. I would love your input!
